We aim to dispatch all orders between 2-4 working days of receipt of order, subject payment clearance and stock availability. All goods will be sent on a 1st class or overnight basis. We aim to fulfil all from stock. If any item(s) cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time the customer will be notified of the likely delivery date invited to confirm acceptance. If not acceptable a full refund will be actioned immediately. All orders over £50 to UK mainland will be free of charge

All orders £49.99 or below will occur a £8 carriage charge.

Refund

A J Coleman guarantees all goods (except bulbs) for one year from date of receipt, relating to faulty parts, materials and manufacture.

All fittings should be installed by qualified electricians. if goods have been installed incorrectly or misused warranty is void. At A J Coleman we strive for customer satisfaction, we do offer a 7 day no questions asked money back guarantee. You must inform us in writing within 7 days of delivery (shortages must be conformed within 2 working days), Once we are in receipt of your request, we will issue a returns reference number. No returns will be accepted without a returns reference number. All goods must be in original packaging and with all associated components. Goods should not have been fitted, assembled or modified in any way. the return cost of goods to A J Coleman is the responsibility of the customer.
